Using Remote Access on a macOS device? In the address bar of your web browser of choice, please go to the website address for your school's remote access system. You can find your school remote access address by clicking here. Once the web page has loaded you should be presented with a screen similar to the one seen below. This is the initial login page for the remote access system. The login details are the same as you would use to login to the school PCs. For example:User Name: jbloggsPassword: yourpassword Once you have logged in with your username and password, you will be redirected to the RemoteApps and Desktops page. Similar to the image below. From this page please click on the application you would like remote access to. When you click on one of the application links, the remote access system will download a file to your computer. Please open this file to start the remote access connection. Once the file has been opened you will be required to log in again, this opens a remote connection to the required application/files. An example of the login screen can be seen in the image below.The login details are the same as you would use to login to the school PCs, however, you will need to add the correct username prefix before your username, e.g. test\jbloggs.Please refer to the table for the correct username prefix for each school. Please click on Continue: The application/files should now load and you should have remote access. Note: During your first use of the system, you may experience slow loading times. This is due to the server configuring the required profile and other first usage processes.
